Parallel Consulting seeks a QA Automation Engineer to design, develop, and maintain automated test solutions for web apps, APIs, and backend systems.

You will implement tests with Robot Framework, develop reusable Python scripts, and integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing. Collaboration with Developers, Analysts, and QA teams will define strategies and acceptance criteria, with comprehensive result analysis and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in test automation engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Robot Framework.
• Strong Python scripting and automation development skills.
• Experience automating API and web application testing.
• Knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test solutions for web applications, APIs, and backend systems.
• Create and execute automated test cases using Robot Framework.
• Develop reusable test scripts and testing utilities using Python.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing.
• Collaborate closely with Developers, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and QA teams to define test strategies and acceptance criteria.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Analyse test results, identify defects, and provide detailed reporting.
• Contribute to test framework enhancements and automation best practices.
• Support release activities and ensure quality standards are met across all environments.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the software testing and QA processes.
