Job summary

UCLouvain seeks to recruit an academic in Digital Marketing for a full-time, permanent position in Louvain-la-Neuve. The role spans teaching, research, and community service in the Louvain School of Management (LSM) and LouRIM, with a focus on digital marketing and transformation management.

You will teach in French and English to Bachelor’s and Master’s programmes, contribute to interdisciplinary research collaborations, and pursue funding opportunities.

Qualifications

• PhD in Management, Marketing, Economics or equivalent.
• Proven university teaching track record with publications in international journals.
• Willingness to engage in interdisciplinary collaboration and external partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver advanced digital marketing courses for Bachelor’s and Master’s programmes.
• Build and lead a research program in digital marketing and transformation management.
• Engage in service activities, committees and external collaborations to raise international visibility.
