Job summary

UCLouvain seeks a full-time academic to lead teaching and research in Digital Marketing within the Louvain School of Management (LSM) and Louvain Research Institute in Management and Organisations (LouRIM). Based in Louvain-la-Neuve, you will teach Bachelor and Master programmes, supervise dissertations, and develop a robust digital marketing research program.

Qualifications

• PhD in Management, Marketing, Economics or equivalent.
• Proven university teaching track record with evaluations.
• Significant international publications in recognized journals.
• Extended stay or experience abroad beyond the doctorate.

Responsibilities

• Teach digital marketing to Bachelor’s and Master’s programmes.
• Develop a research agenda in digital marketing and digital transformation management.
• Supervise dissertations and contribute to programme committees.
• Collaborate with external partners and embed research in international networks.
• Contribute to society and promote international visibility of the university.
