Pauwels Consulting, on behalf of a leading telecommunications client, seeks an Infrastructure Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of network projects. You will drive delivery, maintain customer satisfaction, and manage stakeholder expectations in a fast-changing environment.

The role requires 3+ years in project management within telecom infra, a hands-on approach, and strong communication in English (Dutch preferred).

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Project Management.
• Experience managing Telecom Infrastructure projects (fiber, civil works, splicing, rollout).
• Proven stakeholder management and customer-facing experience.
• Risk management and escalation expertise.
• Strong technical affinity for network deployment activities.
• Independent, proactive, solution-oriented.
• Fluent in English; Dutch knowledge preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage and oversee a portfolio of telecom infrastructure projects.
• Escalation point for project issues and bottlenecks.
• Drive delivery and milestones.
• Identify risks and mitigation actions.
• Coordinate with design, planners, and operations to meet commitments.
• Monitor progress and report status to management.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication across teams.
