• Plan and coordinate maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
• Build strong relationships with the crew and provide technical support.
• Regularly visit the ships (2–3 times per week).
• Respond to technical malfunctions or incidents on-call.
• Lead technical projects and refits from start to finish.
• Develop and oversee maintenance plans.
• Maintain contacts with suppliers and technical partners.
• Manage the technical budget and advise on investments.

As a Technical Superintendent, you’ll make sure our fleet operates safely, reliably, and efficiently every single day. You'll be the main technical point of contact for the crew and the driving force behind maintenance and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring the daily technical condition and performance of the vessels
• Planning and coordinating maintenance, inspections, and repairs
• Building strong, trusting relationships with the crew and providing technical support
• Regularly visiting the ships (2–3 times per week)
• Responding quickly and effectively to technical malfunctions or incidents (on‑call rotation)
• Leading technical projects and refits from start to finish
• Developing and overseeing maintenance plans
• Maintaining contacts with suppliers, shipyards, and technical partners
• Managing the technical budget and advising on long-term investments
