Qualifications

• Hands-on technical professional with a passion for ships.
• Ability to monitor the technical condition and performance of vessels.
• Experience in planning and coordinating maintenance and repairs.

Responsabilités

• Monitor the daily technical condition and performance of the vessels.
• Plan and coordinate maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
• Build strong relationships with the crew and provide technical support.
• Regularly visit the ships (2–3 times per week).
• Respond to technical malfunctions or incidents on-call.
• Lead technical projects and refits from start to finish.
• Develop and oversee maintenance plans.
• Maintain contacts with suppliers and technical partners.
• Manage the technical budget and advise on investments.
