MP Colinet srl seeks a skilled field-service professional to install, adjust, and commission complex industrial equipment at client sites and in-house. You will read mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical drawings, program CNC systems, and lead installers to ensure precise, compliant results.

The role requires strong CNC programming skills, multi-disciplinary mechanical knowledge, and the ability to coordinate with clients and suppliers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Read, interpret, and design mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical blueprints with tight tolerances and industry standards.
• Experience with API and GOST standards in relevant controls or mechanical design.
• Knowledge of cutting parameters, machining settings, and surface finish requirements.
• Capable of programming and modifying CNC programs using ISO language.
• Strong metrology skills and ability to draft self-inspection reports.
• Proficiency with 3D CAD tools (SolidWorks, AutoCAD).

Responsibilities

• Install, adjust, and commission complex industrial equipment (both in-house and on client sites, 50% fieldwork).
• Precision machining of metal components using CNC controls (SIEMENS, FANUC), including programming and optimizing cutting parameters (speed, feed rate, depth of cut).
• Read, interpret, and design mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical blueprints while ensuring compliance with industry standards (API, GOST) and tight tolerances.
• Perform quality control on produced parts, document self-inspection reports, and apply corrective adjustments as needed.
• Lead and coordinate a team of installers on-site, ensuring smooth communication with clients and suppliers.
• Manage risks associated with on-site interventions and prepare field service or maintenance reports.

TECHNICAL SKILLS (HARD SKILLS)

• Multi-disciplinary expertise in mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.
• Technical drawing reading & interpretation – Ability to accurately read and interpret all types of manufacturing drawings (mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical).
• Standards & tolerances –understanding of API, GOST, and precision tolerance requirements.
• Metal cutting expertise – Understanding of cutting parameters and related phenomena (machining settings).
• CNC operation – Proficient in SIEMENS & FANUC numerical control systems.
• Cutting parameter optimization – Ability to define and apply optimal cutting parameters (spindle speed, feed rate, depth of cut) based on material type and blueprint specifications (surface finish, geometric & dimensional tolerances).
• Programming – Capable of modifying and creating CNC programs using ISO parametric language.
• Metrology & inspection – Skilled in using measurement tools and applying corrections based on readings; ability to draft self-inspection reports.
• Technical drawing – Ability to create and dimension parts with dimensional and geometric tolerances.
• 3D CAD software – Experience with 3D design tools (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
• Machine installation & commissioning – Capable of installing and commissioning machinery both internally and at client sites.
• Fine-tuning & adjustments – Ability to perform all necessary adjustments to meet client specifications (internal/external).
• Bilingual (English/French) – Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking.
• Reporting – Proficient in drafting field service, commissioning, and maintenance reports.

SOFT SKILLS

• Strong communication – Ability to interact effectively with clients, suppliers, and operators.
• Team leadership – Capable of supervising and guiding a team of installers.
• Risk assessment – Skilled in evaluating and mitigating on-site risks.
