Qualifications

• Bacheloropleiding of gelijkwaardig technisch niveau vereist.
• Meerdere jaren relevante ervaring in een gelijkaardige rol.
• Kennis van PLC (Siemens) en SCADA-systemen is vereist.
• Hands-on en oplossingsgerichte mindset.
• Bewust van gereguleerde omgeving waarin gewerkt wordt.

Responsabilités

• Plan en voer complexe technische en onderhoudstaken uit voor een vlotte werking van installaties.
• Voer subprojecten uit en bewaak onderhoudsregistraties.
• Analyseer en los automatiserings- en instrumentatieproblemen op.
• Ontwerp besturingsschema's, P&IDs en connecties met het bedrijfsnetwerk.
• Geef technische instructies aan interne/ externe medewerkers en train collega's.

Mission Overview:

Keystone Solutions is seeking a skilled technician for a consultancy mission at a client site. This role focuses on executing complex maintenance and technical tasks, as well as designing control systems to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the client’s facilities, all while adhering to quality, safety, and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently and safely plan, execute, and monitor complex technical and/or maintenance tasks to ensure the operation of installations.
• Execute sub-projects within the relevant field.
• Oversee large maintenance tasks.
• Maintain up-to-date maintenance records.
• Identify, analyze, address, and resolve issues and malfunctions in the relevant field to prevent or solve process disruptions and defects.
• Interpret and document malfunctions or alarms.
• Analyze problems and propose solutions.
• Perform administrative tasks related to the field to allow for data analysis, consultation, and adjustments.
• Register and maintain data in the management system and logs.
• Create specifications, P&IDs, electrical diagrams, and complex process controls.
• Provide input for filling out safety and health documents.
• Give technical instructions and guide internal and/or external staff in using installations to maximize efficiency.
• Train colleagues on changes to installations (knowledge sharing).
• Provide technical and operational instructions to internal or external staff.
• Monitor work activities.
• Execute design assignments and functional analysis up to commissioning using specialized programming and design software to contribute to the optimization of installations.
• Translate functional analysis into technical specifications.
• Design controls, make adjustments to installations, and select necessary materials and components.
• Participate in an (internal/external) project group and attend periodic project meetings.
• Program necessary interfaces for connecting process installations to the corporate network to ensure the operation of installations across the site.
• Set up and manage the automation network.
• Create connections with the corporate network.

Profile:

You are a hands‑on technician with expertise in PLC (Siemens) and measurement and control technology. You are responsible for analyzing and resolving automation and instrumentation issues and making adjustments to small to medium‑sized controls. You work during the day and adapt flexibly based on workplace priorities.

Additionally, you possess:

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.
• Several years of relevant experience in a similar role (mid-level).
• Knowledge of PLC (Siemens) and SCADA systems.
• A hands‑on and solution‑oriented mindset.
• Awareness of the regulated environment in which you operate.

We offer a long‑term assignment with a lot of variety in a technically challenging environment.
