The ideal candidate will have experience in coaching teams, a strong technical background, and fluency in Dutch and English. This role offers significant responsibility and the opportunity to make a direct impact on employee and customer performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in leading and coaching a team.
• A strong technical affinity in heavy lifting or transport.
• Experience with training and learning programmes is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Sarens Academy team and report to the Learning & Development Manager.
• Drive the development and quality of all training programmes.
• Translate operational needs into effective learning solutions.
