Vestas seeks a Technical Customer Agent to support our Customer service teams across Denmark, Belgium and the Netherlands. You will handle technical inquiries, manage contract-related tasks, and act as the primary interface between customers and internal stakeholders.

The role focuses on delivering high-quality technical and commercial support, driving governance of turbine performance and contract commitments, and identifying aftermarket sales opportunities within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Technical education with a commercial understanding or commercial experience with technical know-how.
• Experience in a customer-facing position, customer service, technical support or sales.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and PowerPoint; SAP experience is a plus.
• Very good verbal and written English communication skills; Danish or Dutch would be nice to have.

Responsabilités

• Process technical inquiries professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Resolve customer issues and maintain good relationships.
• Provide first-line support and act as the interface for technical issues.
• Support end-of-warranty and service contract tasks.
• Lead technical customer meetings and escalations.
• Communicate effectively with all departments.
• Identify and pursue aftermarket sales opportunities.
