Michael Page International (Belgium) is seeking a Technical Solution Sales Engineer to develop customer relationships across Belgium and Luxembourg and deliver tailor-made solutions for dust extraction, filtration, and industrial fluids.

The ideal candidate has a background in HVAC or related industrial fields, strong technical understanding, and the ability to manage multi-stakeholder projects with a customer-centric approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical solution sales, consultative sales, or project sales.
• Background in HVAC, industrial ventilation, air treatment, or process industries.
• Strong technical affinity and ability to understand industrial processes.
• Comfortable managing projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• Commercially driven with a customer-centric mindset.

Responsabilités

• Manage and develop a portfolio of industrial customers across Belgium and Luxembourg.

• Translate operational challenges into tailored technical solutions.

The Successful Applicant

• Experience in technical solution sales, consultative sales, or project sales
• Background in HVAC, industrial ventilation, air treatment, compressors, industrial equipment, or process industries
• Strong technical affinity and ability to understand industrial processes
• Comfortable managing projects involving multiple stakeholders
• Commercially driven with a customer-centric mindset
• Native Dutch speaker with professional French and good English
• Relationship builder with a hands-on and pragmatic approach
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
