Michael Page International (Belgium) is seeking a Technical Solution Sales Engineer to develop customer relationships across Belgium and Luxembourg and deliver tailor-made solutions for dust extraction, filtration, and industrial fluids.

The ideal candidate has a background in HVAC or related industrial fields, strong technical understanding, and the ability to manage multi-stakeholder projects with a customer-centric approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical solution sales, consultative sales, or project sales.
• Background in HVAC, industrial ventilation, air treatment, or process industries.
• Strong technical affinity and ability to understand industrial processes.
• Comfortable managing projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• Commercially driven with a customer-centric mindset.

Responsabilités

• Manage and develop a portfolio of industrial customers across Belgium and Luxembourg.
• Identify customer needs related to dust extraction, filtration, fume control, and industrial fluid solutions.
• Conduct on-site assessments of production processes and installations.
• Translate operational challenges into tailored technical solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering, project, service, and sales support teams.
• Present and defend technical and commercial proposals.
• Drive account development while generating new business opportunities.
• Manage projects from qualification through contract award.
