Recruit4.work in Brussels, Belgium, seeks an Internal Sales Engineer to bridge external sales with customers and internal teams. You translate specifications into precise material choices and commercial proposals, working autonomously in a high-tech environment, reporting to the Sales Manager.

You will support quotes, dimension HVAC solutions, interpret technical plans, and provide both technical and commercial client support while managing multiple projects and collaborating closely with sales

Qualifications

• Master’s in Industrial Engineering or Bachelor’s in Industrial Sciences, or HVAC-equivalent experience.
• Fluent in French; working knowledge of English and Dutch at least B1.
• Strong technical insight and a customer-oriented, solution-driven mindset.

Responsabilités

• Supporting the external sales team with quotes and technical selections.
• Selecting and dimensioning HVAC solutions, including heat pumps, AHUs, and fan coils.
• Interpreting technical plans to advise on best solutions.
• Providing technical and commercial support to clients.

Your Role

As an Internal Sales Engineer, you are the vital technical link between the external sales team, customers, and internal departments ⚙️. You translate complex specifications and blueprints into precise material choices and commercial proposals. Working autonomously in a high-tech environment, you will report directly to the Sales Manager.

Your Responsibilities

• Supporting the external sales team with quotes and technical selections 📝.

• Selecting and dimensioning HVAC solutions, including heat pumps, air handling units, and fan coils ❄️🔥.

• Interpreting technical plans and specifications to advise on the best solutions.

• Providing both technical and commercial support to our clients 🤝.

• Independently managing multiple projects and setting the right priorities.

• Collaborating closely with sales and engineering colleagues for optimal results.

Your Profile

• Master’s in Industrial Engineering, Bachelor’s in Industrial Sciences, or equivalent through HVAC experience 🎓.

• Strong technical insight and a genuine interest in climate technology.

• Customer-oriented, structured, and solution-driven 💡.

• A team player who can also work effectively on an independent basis.

• Stress-resistant and skilled at managing multiple project files simultaneously.

• Fluent in French, with a working knowledge of English and Dutch (at least B1 level) 🗣️.
