Markem-Imaje, part of Dover Corporation, is seeking a Technical Services Resource Planner for a hybrid role in Schoten, Belgium.

You will create service orders, allocate field service resources, and manage SAP FSM/ECC planning to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Fluency in Dutch and English is required, with strong organizational skills and experience using SAP and MS Office.

• Fluent in Dutch and English; French useful but not required.
• Proven experience with SAP ECC and SAP FSM.

Responsabilités

• Create service orders and allocate Field Service Resources to respond to customer requests.
• Maintain SAP FSM planning board to optimize resource efficiency and responsiveness.
• Process installations, repairs, and scheduling in SAP ERP system.
• Manage Service Contract details, parts ordering, and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Handle invoicing steps and credit validation; obtain purchase orders.
• Check service stock availability and coordinate advanced shipments and returns of parts.
• Prepare and send quotations for services to customers.

The Role:

We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Technical Services Resource Planner to manage field service operations, ensuring efficient scheduling, resource optimization, and excellent customer support within a fast-paced environment.

What you will do:

• Create service orders and allocate Field Service Resources to respond promptly to customer service requests.
• Maintain a current and accurate Field Service Technicians planning board in SAP Field Service Management to optimize resource efficiency, availability and customer responsiveness.
• Process installations and repairs requests, ordering parts required and scheduling of related jobs in ERP (SAP) system.
• Process and maintain Service Contract Agreement details, ordering parts required and scheduling of preventive maintenance jobs in ERP (SAP) system.
• Perform duties related to invoice collection; credit validation, obtaining purchase orders and prompt invoicing of completed service notifications.
• Determine service stock availability and process advance shipments and returns of service parts.
• Prepare and send quotations for services to customers.

What you need to have:

• Experience working within resource planning or similar highly demanding, fast paced environments with a strong administration focus
• Must be fluent in both Dutch and English. An understanding of French would be beneficial but is not a necessity
• Proven experience of working with SAP ECC and SAP FSM
• Ability to demonstrate logical thinking process and troubleshooting
• Good organizational skills and ability to set priorities and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal, customer oriented and relationship management skills.
• Proficient with MS Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
• Ability to work independently.
