EOC Group in Belgium is expanding its hotmelt adhesives business (Exomelt) and is seeking a hands-on Technical Service & Development Specialist. You will translate customer applications, processes and specifications into the right hotmelt solution and deliver a compelling technical offer on the ground.

You will support customers with inline application advice, train agents and distributors, coordinate with formulation and chemistry specialists, and help shape product strategy by tracking market

Responsabilités

• Understand customers' applications, processes and specifications in depth, and translate them into the right hotmelt solution and a compelling technical offer.
• Drive technical business development, identifying and pursuing opportunities with new and existing customers in a hands-on, dynamic way.
• Provide in-line application advice, helping customers run and troubleshoot hotmelt products on their equipment.
• Act as the technical liaison between customers and EOC's formulation and chemistry specialists, briefing the team on customer requirements and translating technical results back to customers.
• Provide training to agents and distributors who are intensively used to market our products.
• Track technical market trends and innovations in hotmelt adhesives, bringing relevant insights to EOC's product and technology roadmap.
• Represent EOC and the Hotmelts business at industry conferences and trade shows, building EOC's technical reputation and network.

EOC Group is growing its hotmelt adhesives business (Exomelt), as part of a portfolio of startups and new ventures. We are looking for a hands-on, dynamic Technical Service & Development Specialist to be the technical face of hotmelts to our customers, translating their applications, processes and specifications into the right hotmelt solution, and driving technical business development on the ground.

What will you do?

• You understand customers' applications, processes and specifications in depth, and translate them into the right hotmelt solution and a compelling technical offer.
