CTRL-F NV zoekt een Technical Sales Support specialist die verantwoordelijk is voor de technische voorfase van projecten en samen met de Business Developer klanten bezoekt om technische vereisten te analyseren en nauwkeurige offertes op te stellen.

Je trekt kosten en arbeidstijden na, bewaakt deadlines en fungeert als technisch klankbord tijdens de offertefase. Je werkt nauw samen met engineering en implementatieteams en communiceert vlot in Nederlands en Engels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor- or masterdiploma in Elektromechanica, Engineering of a vergelijkbare technische richting.
• Minstens 2 jaar relevante ervaring.
• Sterk technisch inzicht en snel leren van nieuwe toepassingen.
• Analytisch ingesteld en kan technische informatie vertalen naar een offerte.
• Nauwkeurig met oog voor detail.
• Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden; comfortabel bij klantbezoeken.
• Organisatorisch sterk; meerdere dossiers tegelijk opvolgen.
• Oplossingsgericht en neemt initiatief.
• Kan zelfstandig en in teamverband werken.
• Vlot in Nederlands en Engels.

Responsabilités

• Bezoeken van klanten samen met de Business Developer om technische vereisten te analyseren.
• Technische dossiers opstellen en offertes voorbereiden.
• Kostencalculaties en schatting van arbeidstijd uitvoeren.
• Samenwerken met engineering en implementatieteams voor nauwkeurige schattingen.
• Technisch aanspreekpunt tijdens de offertefase en verantwoording van technische oplossingen.
• Nazorg en follow-up van offertes en contacten met klanten.

As a Technical Sales Support specialist, you are responsible for the technical preliminary phase of our projects.

Together with our Business Developer, you will visit clients to identify their technical requirements, analyse the work required and translate this information into an accurate quotation.

You are customer-focused, contribute ideas on technical solutions and ensure that every quotation is drawn up correctly from both a technical and financial perspective.

Technical analysis at client sites:

• You will visit clients alongside our Business Developer to analyse technical queries and project requirements.
• You will assess what work, materials and skills are required.
• You gather all relevant information to ensure an accurate project estimate.

Preparing quotations:

• You will draw up technical quotations based on the information gathered.
• You carry out cost calculations and accurately estimate the number of working hours required.
• You ensure that quotations are technically accurate, complete and professionally drafted.
• You follow up on quotation requests administratively and monitor deadlines.

Project preparation:

• You assist in the preparation of future projects by compiling technical dossiers.
• You liaise with engineering and implementation teams to ensure accurate estimates.
• You ensure a smooth handover of information once quotations have been approved.

Technical support:

• You act as the technical point of contact during the quotation phase.
• You contribute ideas on efficient and feasible technical solutions.
• You support colleagues with technical insights and calculations.

Follow-up & communication:

• You will liaise with clients to provide technical clarifications.
• You will work closely with the Business Developer and internal project teams.
• You will ensure a professional and client-focused follow-up of enquiries.

• Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in Elektromechanica, Engineering of een vergelijkbare technische richting. Daarnaast heb je al minstens 2 jaar relevante ervaring opgebouwd.
• Je hebt een sterk technisch inzicht en leert snel nieuwe toepassingen en processen kennen.
• Je bent analytisch ingesteld en kan technische informatie vertalen naar een duidelijke offerte.
• Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail.
• Je bent communicatief sterk en voelt je comfortabel tijdens klantbezoeken.
• Je bent organisatorisch sterk en kan meerdere dossiers tegelijkertijd opvolgen.
• Je denkt oplossingsgericht en neemt initiatief.
• Je kan zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband werken.
• Je drukt je vlot uit in het Nederlands en Engels.
