Tectum Dekkers is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead flat roof construction projects in Brussels. You will ensure on-time delivery, budget adherence, and strong client relations across manufacturing partners and subcontractors.

Your role includes coordinating site activities, managing multi-disciplinary teams, and maintaining high safety and quality standards on complex sites.

Qualifications

• Degree in architecture and/or several years of relevant experience.
• Fluent in Dutch and French for client interaction and coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain quality.

Responsabilités

• Organize and coordinate sites from start to finish with focus on quality, safety and profitability.
• Monitor progress, manage budgets, order materials, and track reports to meet deadlines.
• Motivate and manage both in-house and subcontractor teams and ensure safety standards.
• Serve as the client’s primary contact and build long-term partnerships across the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate site meetings with foremen, subcontractors, architects, suppliers and customers.

Your responsibilities:

As a project manager, you are ultimately responsible for the successful completion of your projects, ensuring smooth execution, a sound budget, and the right people in the right places.

• You organize and coordinate your sites from A to Z with an eye for quality, safety and profitability
• You monitor the progress of your projects and deadlines by checking the quality on-site, ordering materials in a timely manner, and closely tracking budgets and progress reports
• You motivate and manage both in-house and subcontractor shifts
• You raise awareness of safety among our own teams and our subcontractor teams
• You carefully control budgets and perform detailed post-calculation
• You will serve as the client’s primary point of contact and build a long-term partnership throughout the entire project
• You coordinate site meetings with the foremen, subcontractors, architects, supplier and the customer

Who do you work with?

• Business Unit Manager : you report to the BUM and together you decide which projects will be assigned to you
• Project Leaders : You are part of a team of project leaders. You form a real team, learn from each other and help each other where necessary.
• Administrative Clerk : You’ll be supported by a dedicated clerk who ensures the invoicing process runs smoothly
• Calculator : the calculator is always available for a complete site transfer so that no appointment made is lost
• Customer : you will build a good relationship with the customer and be their point of contact during the execution of the project

• You preferably have a degree in architecture and/or have several years of relevant experience
• You can switch effortlessly between Dutch and French
