OFFRE D'UNE AUTRE REGION is seeking a Quotation Engineer to support the commercial process from A to Z, collaborating with the Sales team and maintaining direct customer contact to capture technical requirements and expectations.

You will translate specifications into standard RapidFit Plus solutions, ensuring accurate cost calculations and competitive quotations. The role emphasizes structured communication, digitalization, and cross-functional teamwork across international projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in Industrial Engineering.
• Experience in a technical environment such as automotive, machine building, tooling, mold manufacturing, plastics processing, or production engineering is a strong asset.
• Excellent communication with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Structured, accurate and solution-oriented work style.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Affinity for digitalization and technological innovation.
• Excellent command of English with interest in AI applications.

Responsabilités

• Work with the Sales team to prepare quotations, pricing proposals and technical solutions for customers.
• Maintain direct contact with customers to understand needs and requirements.
• Analyze customer specifications and translate them into standard RapidFit Plus solutions.
• Interpret customer expectations and align with internal technical/operational requirements.
• Collect information to ensure accurate cost calculations and competitive quotations.
• Prepare clear, accurate quotations meeting customer needs and requirements.
• Ensure proposed solutions are transparent and service scope is well documented.
• Collaborate with Project Engineers to ensure smooth information transfer during kickoff and implementation.
