AYES Belgium is seeking a driven professional to lead the technical execution of complex mechanical, mechatronics and embedded software systems. You will coordinate engineering teams and key stakeholders, ensuring scope, planning, quality and performance objectives are met.

The role demands a Master's in Engineering, 2+ years in technical PM or systems engineering, and fluent French and English. Remote-friendly but based in Belgium with opportunities for vertical and horizontal growth.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering.
• At least 2 years of experience in technical project management, systems engineering or complex product development.
• Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Experience in Aerospace, Defense, Automotive or Railway sector is necessary.
