Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Leader to act as the central point of contact for all project aspects within a leading industrial company. You will manage the technical and financial feasibility of projects, coordinate with various internal departments, and ensure successful project execution. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle is a key part of this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead project preparation by analyzing customer requirements and gathering necessary data to develop proposals
  • Serve as the main contact for clients and coordinate commercial follow-up with internal teams
  • Monitor project planning and coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure quality and timelines
  • Closely track project budgets and propose alternatives to improve profitability
  • Collaborate with design teams to develop layout plans and technical drawings
  • Oversee safe and efficient site execution, including workplace inspections and kickoff meetings
  • Build trusting relationships with customers to support future projects and expansions

Requirements

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience managing and coordinating technical projects from start to finish
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented and commercial mindset
  • Analytical, structured, and hands-on approach to work
  • Proficient with CAD software (BricsCAD, AutoCAD 2D/3D) and Microsoft Office applications
  • Fluent in Dutch and English (both written and spoken); knowledge of French is a plus
  • Valid driving license
  • Willingness to travel between locations as needed
