Contact One Communications, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support planning, coordination and monitoring of technical projects. The role involves coordinating across technical teams, management and external suppliers to ensure milestones and deadlines are met.

Applicants should hold a Master's degree in a related field, possess a NATO SECRET clearance, and have at least 5 years of project coordination experience. Certifications such as PRINCE2 or PMP are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Active NATO SECRET security clearance is required.
• Master's degree in PM/BA/IT/Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in project coordination roles.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects or workstreams within a complex organization.
• Certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, Agile or Scrum are assets.

Responsabilités

• Support planning, coordination and monitoring of technical projects, ensuring milestones, deliverables and deadlines are tracked.
• Coordinate activities across technical teams, management and stakeholders with effective communication and timely follow-up.
• Develop and maintain project documentation including plans, schedules, risk/issue registers and status reports.
• Monitor progress against plans, identify delays, risks, dependencies and issues.
• Prepare management and project status reports, dashboards and presentations with clear information on progress and decisions.
• Organize meetings, workshops and governance activities with agendas and action tracking.
• Act as central coordination point for project information and communication among teams, management and suppliers.
• Support resource, workload and activity planning with visibility of priorities and commitments.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of coordination and governance processes.
