Als operator ben je verantwoordelijk voor de verpakkingslijn en zorg je ervoor dat alles soepel verloopt. Technische kennis en een flexibele instelling voor een 2-shiftsysteem zijn vereist. Qualifications

• Heeft technische kennis (door opleiding of ervaring).
• Kan kleine problemen op de productielijn identificeren en aanpassen.
• Maakt gemakkelijk de overstap tussen praktische werkzaamheden en technische opvolging.
• Dient vloeiend Engels te spreken; Nederlands is een plus.

Functieomschrijving

Are you technically skilled and not afraid to get your hands dirty? Then we’ve got the perfect job for you! For a growing production company, we are looking for motivated operators to join the team! You’ll become part of a close-knit crew where your technical know-how truly makes a difference.

What will you be doing?

• 70% of your time: actively working on the packaging line – you make sure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
• 30% of your time: solving minor technical issues and making small adjustments to the line – no major repairs, but you do need logical thinking and quick reflexes.
• Together with your team, you keep production running and ensure quality, speed, and safety.

Vereisten

• Has technical knowledge (through education or experience)
• Can identify and adjust small issues on the production line
• Can switch easily between hands-on work and technical follow-up
• Speaks English fluently. Dutch is a plus. Instructions are also supported with photos and videos
• Is happy to work in a 2-shift system (early/late) – so flexibility is key
