Job summary

VeroTech seeks a Technical Lead for Sensor Algorithms and Simulation to steer engineering teams in a systems environment focused on sensors and simulation. You will guide modelling, algorithm development and documentation, while coordinating with management and leaders across functions.

Responsibilities include workload planning, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards, and maintaining traceability. Hybrid work options and a strong focus on growth and collaboration are offered.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership with ability to guide colleagues through complex engineering activities.
• Experience with team planning and crisis management.
• Solid command of MATLAB/Simulink and engineering best practices.
• Knowledge of Git, Bitbucket and JIRA for configuration tracking and planning.
• Strong documentary and methodological rigour, including status management and reviews.

Responsibilities

• Organise team workload, planning and operational follow-up in line with project priorities.
• Coordinate with management and other technical leaders on shared topics and cross-functional initiatives.
• Support the team in using the MATLAB and Simulink suite, and other relevant tools.
• Drive modelling rules, algorithm development practices, configuration tracking and technical documentation structure.
• Review deliverables for coherence, quality and compliance before approval or release.
