Technical Lead - Tasks & Responsibilities

• Lead TechOps and Internal IT operations ensuring service continuity, operational excellence, and incident management.
• Manage and evolve highly available Linux infrastructures across datacenters and cloud environments.
• Drive automation, Infrastructure as Code, monitoring, and CI/CD practices using tools like Ansible and Terraform.
• Oversee DNS platforms, registry services, networking, security, and infrastructure resilience.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
