Rydoo is seeking a Technical Lead / Engineering Manager to lead a cross‑functional squad of developers and QA engineers, remote and in‑office, delivering end‑to‑end, scalable .NET/C# solutions and shaping the squad's technical vision.

You will stay hands‑on, participate in reviews, mentor teammates, and drive Agile practices to continuously improve delivery in a fast‑paced, international environment with coaching and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of .NET, C#, and cloud-based solutions.
• Familiarity with Service-Oriented Architecture, microservices, synchronous and asynchronous communication patterns.
• Ability to maintain a long-term vision while delivering value iteratively by addressing real customer needs at each step.
• Understanding of Agile principles, emphasising pragmatic problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with Scrum or Kanban frameworks, as well as Domain-driven Design approach, is a plus but not required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills

Responsabilités

• Design and deliver solutions in a microservice environment, ensuring best practices.
• Collaborate with the product manager to prioritise features that align with business goals.
• Oversee and participate in code reviews, ensuring quality and adherence to standards.
• Engage in hands-on programming regularly to stay current and contribute to the team's technical work.
• Remove organisational obstacles and foster communication with other teams to streamline delivery.
• Guide the team to achieve ambitious delivery targets that bring value to our customers.
• Follow up on the usage and performance of deliveries and their maintenance.
• Experiment with Agile methodologies to refine the development process iteratively.
• Mentor team members, cultivate growth, and build a culture of continuous learning.
• Coach and evaluate your team members to help them progress on our career ladder.
