Rydoo is seeking a Technical Lead / Engineering Manager to lead a cross‑functional squad of developers and QA engineers, remote and in‑office, delivering end‑to‑end, scalable .NET/C# solutions and shaping the squad's technical vision.

You will stay hands‑on, participate in reviews, mentor teammates, and drive Agile practices to continuously improve delivery in a fast‑paced, international environment with coaching and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of .NET, C#, and cloud-based solutions.
• Familiarity with Service-Oriented Architecture, microservices, synchronous and asynchronous communication patterns.
• Ability to maintain a long-term vision while delivering value iteratively by addressing real customer needs at each step.
• Understanding of Agile principles, emphasising pragmatic problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with Scrum or Kanban frameworks, as well as Domain-driven Design approach, is a plus but not required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills

The Role

As a Technical Lead / Engineering Manager, you will lead a dynamic, cross-functional squad of several talented developers and QA engineers, both remote and in-office. You will oversee the delivery of end-to-end, scalable solutions using .NET and C#, managing the software development life cycle, and contributing to the strategic vision for the squad's domains. Additionally, you will participate hands‑on in software development, ensuring technical excellence and helping drive the team's success, without becoming a bottleneck. This is a fantastic opportunity to be at the forefront of cutting‑edge technology in a collaborative and fast‑paced environment. Prior experience in an engineering management or a tech lead role is a big plus, but it is not required, as we offer coaching and support to help you grow into this position.
