Rydoo in Antwerpen seeks a Technical Lead / Engineering Manager to guide a cross-functional squad delivering end‑to‑end .NET/C# solutions in a hybrid work setup. You will oversee SDLC, drive architectural vision across domains, and contribute hands-on to keep the team technically sharp.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of .NET, C#, and cloud-based solutions.
• Familiarity with Service-Oriented Architecture, microservices, synchronous and asynchronous communication patterns.
• Ability to maintain a long-term vision while delivering value iteratively by addressing real customer needs at each step.
• Understanding of Agile principles, emphasising pragmatic problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with Scrum or Kanban frameworks, as well as Domain-driven Design approach, is a plus but not required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
