Michael Page is seeking an experienced Tech Lead to join a large group and strengthen its IT team. You will provide day-to-day leadership across infrastructure, applications, security, data, and operations, setting priorities and aligning IT with business objectives.

You will drive reliability and scalability of critical platforms, govern architecture and engineering standards, advance DevSecOps and incident management, and coordinate with external partners while communicating risks and progress

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading small teams of senior and autonomous IT professionals.
• Strong leadership with ability to guide without micromanaging.
• Solid background in IT operations, architecture, cloud, security, and modern delivery.
• Experience in regulated, transaction-driven environments is an asset.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Pragmatic, hands-on leader balancing vision with execution.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and guidance to IT teams across infrastructure, applications, security, data, and operations.
• Set priorities, coordinate activities, and align IT initiatives with business objectives.
• Ensure reliability, performance, and scalability of business-critical platforms and integrations.
• Define and govern IT architecture, standards, and engineering best practices.
• Drive the delivery of technology projects, releases, and operational improvements.
• Strengthen DevSecOps, security, monitoring, and resilience practices.
• Oversee incident, change, and release management processes.
• Manage external technology partners and vendors to ensure service quality.
• Communicate with stakeholders and provide visibility on priorities, risks, and progress.
