Job summary

Birlasoft in Hyderabad, India, seeks a Technical Lead-App Development to drive end-to-end platform design and delivery. You will lead Java/Spring Boot and React-based applications, focusing on REST APIs and scalable architectures.

You will own core Java runtimes, build tools (Maven/Gradle), ORM/Data access, databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL), messaging (Kafka, RabbitMQ), and containerized deployments with Kubernetes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Java with Spring Boot and REST APIs.
• Experience with React JS and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Knowledge of ORM with Hibernate/JPA and databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Familiar with messaging (Kafka, RabbitMQ) and caching (Redis).
• Hands-on with build tools (Maven/Gradle) and containerization (Kubernetes).

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design for app development across stacks and teams.
• Guide Java/Spring Boot and React-based projects with REST APIs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and manage delivery quality.
• Mentor developers and ensure architecture compliance.
