Frontwise Group seeks a Technical Equipment Supervisor to own the technical performance and operational execution of CBTs on offshore projects. The role combines engineering excellence with hands-on leadership to optimize equipment and crew performance.

You will lead maintenance, coordinate on-board and onshore activities, and ensure operations meet project requirements while driving continuous improvement in a high-pressure, offshore setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in technical or offshore environment.
• Background in hydraulics, mechanical, electrical engineering, or electronics.
• Experience leading on-board operations and maintenance.
• Ability to train and coordinate operational teams on site.

We are looking for a Technical Equipment Supervisor (TES) to take full ownership of the technical performance and operational execution of Cable Burial Tools (CBT) across offshore projects.

This is a highly specialized role where technical expertise, operational leadership, and continuous improvement come together to ensure efficient and reliable cable burial operations.

You're act as the key authority both on board and onshore, ensuring that equipment is maintained to the highest standards and that burial operations are executed in line with project requirements. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, you will play a central role in optimizing processes, improving equipment performance, and developing the capabilities of the operational crew.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a technical or offshore environment
• Background in hydraulics, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or electronics

• Ability to lead, train, and coordinate operational teams onboard
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility and willingness to work in offshore rotation
