Nebius is seeking a Technical Due Diligence Manager to evaluate the technical feasibility of AI infrastructure opportunities across the Americas within the Infrastructure Acquisition Group. You will lead multidisciplinary engineering due diligence for powered land and build-to-suit developments, partnering with Site Selection, Engineering, Energy, Legal, and Project Development.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience leading technical due diligence, site development, civil engineering, or large-scale projects.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary engineering and environmental consultants.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead multidisciplinary technical due diligence for powered land, build-to-suit, and other strategic infrastructure opportunities.
• Define scope of engineering, environmental, geotechnical, surveying, utility, and entitlement studies.
• Procure, manage, and coordinate external consultants from scope development to final recommendation.
• Present risks, constraints, and recommendations to executive leadership and support investment decisions.
