Nebius is seeking a Development Manager to lead AI infrastructure projects across the Americas from executed agreement through construction readiness. You will partner with Site Selection, Technical Due Diligence, Engineering, Energy, Finance, Legal and Delivery to transform acquisitions into fully defined, development-ready programs.

This build-phase role requires independent leadership of complex developments, helping define governance, readiness gates, and project controls.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
• Experience leading permitting, entitlement, utility coordination, and development planning.
• 8+ years of experience in data center development, infrastructure development, or mission-critical projects.

Responsabilités

• Lead development activities from executed agreement through construction readiness.
• Develop and manage integrated development roadmaps, schedules, budgets, and milestones.
• Own the development budget, schedule, assumptions, and risk register.
• Coordinate permitting, entitlement, utility planning, and infrastructure planning.
• Partner with utility providers, municipalities, engineering teams, and consultants.
• Deliver development-ready projects with complete documentation and minimized development risk.
