As a Technical Coordinator Mainframe – Natural, you will play a key role in coordinating, maintaining, and evolving mainframe applications built on Natural/Adabas technologies. Acting as a technical reference, you will ensure application stability, quality, and alignment with functional and technical requirements.

Mission

• Coordinate and oversee the maintenance and development of Natural mainframe applications
• Act as a technical point of contact between development teams, analysts, and stakeholders
• Ensure the quality, consistency, and documentation of technical deliverables (technical specifications, test plans, procedures, etc.)
• Analyze incidents and malfunctions through testing, querying, and root cause analysis
• Supervise and support technical evolutions, ensuring compliance with mainframe standards and best practices
• Proactively identify risks, improvements, and optimization opportunities
• Provide technical guidance and decision support to ensure robust and sustainable solutions
• Monitor technological developments and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Profile

• Proven experience in Mainframe Natural development, with the ability to act as a technical reference and coordinator
• Strong analytical skills combined with a hands‑on technical mindset
• Proactive, structured, and quality‑driven approach to technical coordination
• Ability to bridge development, maintenance, and technical governance
• Multilingual environment: French or Dutch required, English and the second national language are a plus
