The ideal candidate should be a hands-on team player, proficient in .NET technologies, Azure, and integration techniques. Strong analytical skills, a customer focus, and multilingual capabilities (Dutch, English) are essential.

Description du poste

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain serverless applications using Azure Functions and Azure Container Apps.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines to automate deployments across various environments.
• Optimize data storage and retrieval processes with Cosmos DB and Redis Cache.
• Integrate with external systems through SOAP services and manage authentication using OAuth.
• Write unit tests and employ test-driven development practices to ensure code quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• You understand the technical architecture and re-use existing technical components.

Technical Analysis & Documentation

• You make technical analyses of the functional assignments you receive.
• You document the software you have developed.
• You offer third-line support.
• You support the analysts / designers in converting functional specifications into technical solutions.

Principles

• Principles Infrastructure as Code (f.e. Terraform)
• Experience in large corporate environments is an asset, with an understanding of structured processes and complex decision-making landscapes.

• Medior plus with +/-5 - 7 years of experience in services design.
• 5 – 7 years’ experience in IT Integration.

Required experience

• You have a broad IT knowledge and interest and terms such as SOA, Web services, unit testing, inheritance, Stored Procedure ... are not unknown to you.

• You have an eye for quality, and you take the initiative to optimize development processes.

• You have development experience in Microsoft .NET technology (Azure, C#).

• You have experience building SOAP and REST Services in a Microsoft .NET environment.
• You understand the underlying technologies such as XML / XSD / WSDL / SOAP and JSON / REST.
• Hosting web services and web applications in Azure Functions.
• Analysis, design, coding, testing and implementation of customized object-oriented applications.
• Approach design of a relational database model with CosmosDb, Blob/TableStorage.
• Task management with Azure DevOps.
• Source control through Azure DevOps.

Optional experience

• Experience in non-life mobility underwriting and claims is an extra asset.
