3D-ICT zoekt een Medior Technical Analyst om ons team te versterken. Je werkt in een cross-functioneel team verantwoordelijk voor+10 applicaties gebouwd voor onze makelaars.

Je werkt aan backend-gerelateerde topics binnen onze transformatie- en migratieroadmap en helpt bij het ontwikkelen van de oplossingsdefinitie voor een kwaliteitvolle E2E IT-oplossing met focus op een uitstekende gebruikerservaring voor makelaars en partners.

Qualifications

• Professionele bachelor IT of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
• Ervaring met technische analyse en documentatie in een gestructureerde IT-omgeving.
• Goede kennis van XML, XSD, WSDL, SOAP, REST en JSON.
• Begrip van webservices, API's en integratiepatronen.
• Basiskennis van Microsoft .NET, C#, SQL Server en T-SQL is een voordeel.
• Ervaring met Agile werken en Azure DevOps.
• Ervaring met service design, mapping, interface analyse of applicatie-integratie is een sterke plus.
• Kennis van Confluence, Azure DevOps, Enterprise Architect, XML tools of SOAP/REST testing tools is een voordeel.
• Ervaring met het onderhouden van bestaande applicaties en ondersteuning van derde-lijns incidenten is een voordeel.

Responsabilités

• Maak technische analyses op basis van functionele vereisten en architecturale richtlijnen.
• Bereid en documenteer technische ontwerpen, service mapping en implementatiekeuzes.
• Analyseer en documenteer bestaande backend-oplossingen en integraties ter ondersteuning van transformatie en migratie.
• Fungeer als technisch aanspreekpunt voor toegewezen initiatieven en zorg voor afstemming tussen bedrijfs- en architectuurvereisten.
• Ondersteun ontwikkelaars met duidelijke instructies en verduidelijking van technische vragen tijdens implementatie.
• Analyseer en help incidenten op te lossen om beschikbaarheid te garanderen.
• Bewaak en ondersteun het domein van de toepassing voor bedrijfscontinuïteit.
• Definieer technische validatiecriteria en geef richtlijnen voor unit testing.
• Draag bij aan projecten binnen afgesproken scope, tijd en kwaliteit.
• Neem deel aan sprintplanning, schatting, daily stand-ups, reviews en retrospectives.
• Volg technische evoluties en pas bestaande patronen en standaarden toe.

Description

• We are looking for a Technical Analyst to join our team.
• You will work in a cross-functional team that is responsible for +10 applications, all built for our brokers.
• You will work on backend-related topics within our transformation / migration roadmap.
• You will assist to develop the solution definition in order to arrive at a high-quality E2E IT solution to be able to create an excellent user experience for brokers and partners.

Tasks

• Create technical analyses based on functional requirements and architectural guidelines.
• Prepare and document technical designs, service mappings and implementation choices.
• Analyze and document existing backend solutions and integrations to support ongoing transformation and migration initiatives.
• Act as the technical point of contact for assigned initiatives, ensuring alignment between business requirements, architecture and implementation.
• Support developers by providing clear instructions and by clarifying technical questions during implementation.
• Analyze and help solve incidents and reported problems to guarantee application availability for end users.
• Monitor and support the application domain to ensure business reliability and continuity.
• Define technical validation criteria and provide guidelines for unit testing to ensure solution quality and maintainability.
• Contribute to projects and changes within the agreed scope, timing and quality expectations.
• Participate in sprint planning, estimation, daily stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives.
• Follow technical evolutions and apply existing technical patterns and standards.

• Medior Technical Analyst with a solid technical background.

Required Experience

• Professional bachelor in IT or equivalent through experience.
• Experience with technical analysis and technical documentation in a structured IT environment.
• Good understanding of XML, XSD, WSDL, SOAP, REST and JSON.
• Understanding of web services, APIs and integration patterns.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft .NET, C#, SQL Server and T-SQL is an advantage.
• Experience with Agile way of working and Azure DevOps.
• Experience with service design, mapping, interface analysis or application integration is a strong plus.
• Experience with Confluence, Azure DevOps, Enterprise Architect, XML tools or SOAP/REST testing tools is an advantage.
• Experience with maintaining existing applications and supporting third-line incidents is an advantage.
• Experience in large corporate environments is an asset, with an understanding of structured processes and complex decision-making landscapes.
• Relevant experience with AI and the ability to use AI efficiently to reverse engineer existing code modules, support the creation of technical analyses and apply AI best practices in a reliable and responsible way.

Optional Experience

• Certified in AZ-900 or willing to obtain certification.
