A technology-focused organization in Antwerp seeks a Technical Account Manager to bridge engineering customers and the team. You'll guide customers through onboarding and help them maximize their software use. The ideal candidate is fluent in Dutch, has excellent English proficiency, and understands software development challenges. This role includes traveling across Europe and ensuring customer satisfaction.
We’re looking for a Technical Account Manager who loves combining technology with customer relationships. In this role, you’ll be the bridge between our engineering customers and our team. You’ll guide them from onboarding to proof-of-concept, support them in migrating to new solutions, and make sure they get maximum value out of our products.
You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers: answering questions, visiting them on site (= trips all over Europe!), and helping them succeed with our software. At the same time, you’ll actively collect feedback, spot opportunities for renewals and upsells, and bring insights back to our product team.
