Job summary

Keystone Solutions is seeking a Tech Lead for a client-site consultancy to drive architecture, technical direction and delivery of a Django-based Python application with a React front-end. You will mentor the team, ensure scalable and secure systems, and align with the project manager on objectives.

The role requires strong Python/Django expertise, Docker/CI-CD experience, and excellent communication. English fluency is required; NL/FR knowledge is a plus. 2-month full-time contract in Belgium.

We are seeking a Tech Lead for a consultancy mission at a client site, representing Keystone Solutions. The successful candidate will integrate into an existing team focused on developing a Python application in Django to support operational needs. As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for the technical direction, architecture, and coordination of the technical team, working closely with the project manager to determine the technical implementation of business objectives and guiding the team through complex technical challenges.

Technical Skills:

• Frontend: HTML, CSS, JS, React.
• Backend: Python, Django.

Language Skills:

• Fluency in English and proficiency in one or both national languages (NL/FR) is preferred. Passive understanding of the other language is required if not fluent.
