Job summary

Reynaers Group, based at the Duffel campus, is looking for a Team Leader export to guide a team of about 20 employees and temporary staff. You will shape daily schedules, steer logistics flows, and back up fellow Team Leaders while driving improvements in safety, quality and 5S.

Your leadership will motivate the team on the shop floor and improve operational performance. Fluent Dutch communication, independent initiative, and the ability to manage alternating early/late shifts are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of ~20 employees with temporary staff in alternating early/late shifts.
• Prepare and optimize daily work schedules for the team.
• Contribute to optimizing logistics flows and provide back-up support to other Team Leaders.
• Drive change and improvement projects within the department.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, environment, order and cleanliness (5S).
• Motivate the team and monitor floor operations to improve performance.

• You are responsible for managing and steering a team working in alternating early and late shifts.
• You will prepare the daily work schedules for your team.
• You will contribute to optimizing our logistics flows and provide back-up support to fellow Team Leaders across other departments.
• You will assist with change and improvement projects.
• You ensure that you and your team comply with procedures regarding safety, quality, environment, order and cleanliness (5S).
• Through your leadership style, you motivate your employees to achieve better performance. By being present on the work floor, you closely monitor operations and stay aware of what is happening within your team.

• You are willing to work in a fixed two-shift system (early/late) and are flexible when required.
• You have good communication skills in Dutch.
