MPL is seeking a Team Leader to guide a team of forwarders in daily operations. You will be hands-on, set expectations, divide tasks, and step in where needed.

You will strengthen client relationships, collaborate with the Business Unit Manager, and drive growth through an engaged, motivated team.

Fluent in Dutch and English is required; knowledge of other languages is a plus, and maritime forwarding experience is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Solid experience in forwarding (import & export).
• Experience as team lead in maritime sector is a plus.
• Ability to build and motivate a team toward common goal.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; other languages a plus.

You have a bachelor’s degree or the kind of experience to match it.

You have solid experience in forwarding (both import & export).

Experience as a team lead in the maritime sector? That’s a big plus!

Communication is key. You’re fluent in both Dutch and English. Knowledge of any other languages is a plus.
