Job Description

As a Teamlead Customer Care, you will play a key role in ensuring excellent customer experiences, guiding a small team, and acting as the bridge between customers and internal departments.

Tasks include:

  • Support, coach, and motivate a multilingual Customer Care team.
  • Organize daily tasks and ensure smooth operations within the team.
  • Handle escalations and provide solutions for more complex customer questions.
  • Ensure excellent customer satisfaction across Dutch, French, and English interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Product) to improve processes and customer journey.
  • Contribute to the development of best practices, tools, and workflows.
  • Share customer feedback internally to help shape improvements.
The Successful Applicant

We are looking for a Teamlead Customer Care who

  • Has up to 2 years of experience in Customer Care, Customer Success, or a related role.
  • Has strong communication skills in Dutch, French, and English (spoken and written).
  • Has first experience in coaching or supporting colleagues (a plus).
  • Has a hands-on, solution-driven mindset with strong organizational skills.
  • Can thrive in a fast-paced and growing environment.
  • Has experience with CRM or customer support tools (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce, HubSpot) (an advantage).
