Sander Brussels is looking for a Team Manager in Brussels. You will run your own desk and develop the people around you, while driving client growth, recruitment, and revenue.

You will coach junior consultants, participate in the commercial strategy, and ensure targets are met in a fast-paced agency environment.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of agency-side recruitment experience.
• Proven billing performance and client ownership.
• Bilingual in French and English (mandatory).
