Overview

Pfizer offers competitive compensation and benefits programs. The role is within the Blow-Fill-Seal (BFS) aseptic production area, focusing on ophthalmic (eye) products. The team operates with a high degree of automation across five lines and approximately 80 colleagues, producing about 50 million units per year. Responsibilities

• End-to-end accountability for the operational objectives of the BFS process (filling, sealing, leak testing, and inspecting ophthalmic medicines) in terms of safety, quality, output, and cost.
• Manage daily shift operations, ensuring optimal use of resources (equipment and people) to achieve objectives.

Must

• Master level education: industrial engineer, civil engineer, bioengineering, (industrial) pharmacist or equivalent pharmaceutical industry experience
• Fluent in Dutch and English
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational ability and autonomy, with team collaboration
