Overview

For the vacancy of team leader in Lummen, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Supporting the daily organization of the team
• Acting as a link between the warehouse workers and management
• Guiding newcomers and promoting mutual assistance
• Contributing to achieving performance and quality objectives
• Providing ideas for continuous improvement in practice
• Managing a team of 10-15 people

• Salary is €17.6623 gross per hour

Responsibilities and Schedule

In consultation with management, you will agree on when to take vacation days. The role may require night shifts; willingness to work at night from 10 PM to 6 AM is expected.
