Movu Robotics seeks a Team Lead Controls Hardware Engineering to lead a 5–10 person team. You will ensure standardized engineering solutions align with guidelines, manage planning, and report weekly on progress. The role blends hands-on electrical infrastructure and team leadership in an international setting.

You will verify designs, approve documentation, and drive system integration while coordinating with other functions. Travel up to 30% is expected.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in electrical engineering.
• 8+ years of experience in Electrical infrastructure engineering incl. cabinet calculations and commissioning.
• 3+ years of team leadership or engineering management.
• Experience with CAD tools (Eplan) and cable calculations (Caneco).
• Strong creative and technical blend; proactive and opportunity-driven.
• Excellent communication; capable of working in international environments and traveling up to 30%.

Responsabilités

• Lead a CHW team of 5–10 engineers delivering standardized controls solutions.
• Plan and monitor team progress; supervise designs and technical documentation.
• Verify designs, approve documentation, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Job Description

The Team Lead Controls Hardware Engineering is responsible for one of the CHW Teams delivering project solutions based on existing engineering standards. The team leader is responsible for the controls engineering team of approximately 5–10 members. This role involves applying standardized solutions to meet project specifications, ensuring that the design and implementation align with predefined guidelines. Importance of the team leader lies in guiding the team members both personally and professionally. The team leader must secure the planning of his teams and follow up weekly the progress of each project of each team member. The focus is on the application of standardized solutions, while any deviations or complex problems are handled in collaboration with other engineering functions.

Qualifications

• Master's degree with an electrical specialization.
• At least 8 years' experience in Electrical infrastructure Engineering, including calculations of electrical cabinets, follow-up of commissioning of electrical infrastructure, …
• At least 3 years managing a team of Engineers.
• Experience with CAD programs like Eplan.
• Experience with cable calculations using Caneco.
• A great blend of creative and technical ability is necessary.

• Excellent communication skills.
