Dark Light in Belgium is seeking a Team Lead Data & Analytics to lead a small team of 4 data professionals while remaining hands-on with data projects. You will own data pipelines, models and the overall technical quality, driving data initiatives from idea to delivery.

You will collaborate closely with business and product teams, mentor junior colleagues, and help shape the future data strategy. The role offers flexibility with Antwerp/Brussels and remote working and includes a strong salary

• Strong technical background in data and comfortable with data pipelines, ETL/ELT and modelling.
• Experience leading a small data team and driving data projects from concept to delivery.
• Ability to balance hands-on work with people development and strategic shaping of data architecture.

For a growing organization, I’m looking for a Team Lead Data & Analytics who thrives on technology, ownership and developing people.

You’ll be the technical lead of a team of 4 data professionals. You’ll stay hands‑on with challenging data projects while also having the freedom to develop the team and help shape the future of the data environment.
