Sibelco, a global leader in minerals and materials, seeks a Director Corporate Tax to lead the tax function from our Antwerp HQ. You will design and govern tax planning structures, oversee transfer pricing, and coordinate with regional teams to ensure compliant, robust tax policies.

Responsabilités

• Propose, develop, implement, manage and safeguard tax planning structures.
• Present robustly developed, ‘should opinion’ and/or advance ruling supported tax planning structures and lead implementation.
• Monitor and improve existing tax structures for substance, benefit and compliance with law.
• Ensure Transfer Pricing arrangements in the Group are appropriately implemented.
• Coordinate with regional sales teams to ensure product TP policies are available and tax compliant; ensure master file documentation in Europe; liaise with BUs on local compliance.
