BDO Belgium seeks an experienced Partner to launch and lead the TaxLitigation practice within BDO Legal. You will define scope, processes and positioning while building a client portfolio across national and international markets.

You will head complex tax disputes, oversee strategy, negotiate settlements, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-impact results for clients and the firm.

• Senior-level expertise in tax litigation and compliance.
• Proven track record building new practices and leading teams.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and grow the TaxLitigation practice within BDO Legal.
• Manage a national and international client portfolio.
• Advise on tax disputes, strategy, negotiations and settlements.
• Lead complex tax proceedings and coordinate specialists.
