BDO Belgium in Brussels is seeking a Junior Tax Consultant who is communicatively strong, flexible and recently graduated. You’ll join a dynamic team and help with tax reviews, client files, and day-to-day tasks while developing your expertise in tax procedures.
You’ll split time between the office and remote work, benefit from BDO Academy training, and grow with a diverse client base. A Master’s degree and taxation training are highly valued; Dutch and English are essential, French is a plus.

As a Junior Tax Consultant, you arrive at the office—where you’ll spend most of your time—, check your inbox and draw up a schedule for the day. First, you finish up a file for your manager, carefully checking it for errors and missing information. While you’re working on this, you await a call from the Accountancy team asking you to check a preliminary version of the quarterly tax review. You enjoy diving into the numbers and will check every detail if necessary. Basically, you spend your time checking that various items are actually correct. Are the expenditures in order? Have the correct tax procedures been followed? The day flies by, and before you know it it’s time to go home. Before leaving, you make a quick to-do list for the next day. Just a scribble:
