Cassilon in Antwerp is seeking a Tank Operator - Forwarder to own the end-to-end journey of bulk liquid shipments in tank containers, coordinating bookings, transport, documentation, invoicing and final billing.

You will be the main contact for customers, working with internal teams, suppliers and global agents to ensure safe, compliant, cost-effective operations while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• Experience in forwarding (import/export) and transport regulations.
• Ability to handle forwarding documents with ease.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Knowledge of ISO tanks and movement of dangerous goods is a plus.
• Demonstrates integrity, positivity and a proactive mindset.

Tank Operator - Forwarder

As a Tank Operator, you take full ownership of the end-to-end journey of bulk liquid shipments in tank containers. You are responsible for managing global import and export flows from initial booking and transport coordination to documentation, invoicing, and final billing. Acting as the primary point of contact for customers, you provide tailored logistics solutions while ensuring a high level of service, transparency, and reliability. You keep shipments moving efficiently and customers informed at every stage, fostering long-term relationships and customer loyalty. In this role, you combine a big-picture view with strong attention to detail. Handling isotank shipments requires precision, accountability, and a proactive mindset. You coordinate closely with internal teams, suppliers, and global agents to ensure safe, compliant, and cost-effective operations.

Job Requirements
