JERA Nex bp is seeking a BMS Advisor to develop, maintain and continuously improve the Business Management System in alignment with ISO standards. You will ensure compliance, audit readiness, and drive performance improvements across the organization.

The role requires strong analytical and documentation skills, plus the ability to work as a proactive team player while also operating independently. Based in Leuven or London with occasional travel to other locations.

Competenze

• Must have a Master’s degree or equivalent.
• 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards (9001, 14001, 27001, 45001, 55001).
• Affinity with document management and information systems.

Why this role matters

As a BMS Advisor, you play a key role in developing, maintaining, and continuously improving the Business Management System (BMS) in alignment with international ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, ISO 45001).

You ensure the organization remains compliant, audit-ready, and focused on performance improvement, contributing directly to operational excellence and certification assurance.

In this role you will

• Manage management system audits, including planning, coordination, follow-up, and reporting in line with ISO standards
• Coordinate management reviews and reporting, ensuring compliance and effectiveness of the BMS
• Ensure the organization maintains its ISO certifications
• Manage third party ISO certification and manage relationships with external certification and verification bodies
• Coordinate and drive the Performance Improvement Cycle across the organization
• Own and coordinate BMS-related training, ensuring awareness and understanding across teams
• Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the BMS aligned with the latest ISO management standards
• Own and maintain the overall BMS framework and governance structure
• Develop and maintain the BMS tools and systems, ensuring user-friendly access to documentation and processes
• Monitor and manage BMS improvement actions, ensuring timely follow-up and closure
• Report to the BMS Manager and collaborate cross-functionally, especially with the Document Control team

To be successful in the role you will bring

• A Master’s degree, or equivalent through experience, preferably complemented by education or experience in management systems
• 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of ISO management standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001, ISO 55001)
• Knowledge of offshore wind farm development and operations is considered an asset
• Strong analytical, organizational, and process-thinking skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a structured approach
• A pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
• Ability to work as a proactive team player, while also operating independently
• Affinity with document management and structured information systems
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Professional proficiency in English, both spoken and written
• Willingness to be based in Leuven or London, with occasional presence at other JNBP locations
• Flexibility to travel occasionally, as required
